Human Rights Watch’s World Report is out

Human Rights Watch released their yearly report on every country’s respect for human rights in 2012, and of course Armenia is included. The report covers all the big topics like the parliamentary election, torture and ill-treatment, LGBT rights, and one big issue I have yet to discuss on this blog: Army Abuses. It’s a great quick read to get a sense of the challenges Armenia faces and what needs to be worked on.
